CHANGING FACE OF HINDI COW BELT I recently had an occasion to travel from Delhi across the Hindi cow belt . This is exactly an area which has always regarded as one of the most backward area, the general perception is that people in that area are rustic, and ignorant. To my surprise at a stretch of 180 km, I could find out more than 40 Engineering, Medical, Management Colleges where more than 20,000 market/ business executive/ specialists/ doctors are passing out every year and providing much needed techno/specialist support to emerging India and becoming support vehicle to growth story. Of course, most of these young people do not come from metro background, they have been raised in small towns and some even in villages. Obviously, they are well aware of the ground realities. कुछ आदमियत की भी कभी बात करें हम चन्द अपने से भी सवालात करें हम हमने सुना था धरम सिखाता है सहनशीलता यह भी सुना था संस्कृति का काम विनयशीलता किस धरम और संस्कृति की हम बात कर रहे जब इनका नाम लेके तो घर बार जल रहे यही सिखाता है अगर आपका धरम आपको इस से तो बेहतर मुझसा बुतशिकन आजतो हम थे कहाँ और आज कहाँ आ गए हैं हम बदले हुए हालत के जिम्मेदार हैं हम मुझको नहीं कबूल जो पूछे कोई जात हमारी हमको तो काम चाहिए देख काबलियत हमारी ऐसा निजाम चाहिए जो दो रोटी दे सके ऐसा समाज चाहिए जहाँ बेखोफ चल सकें अब वख्त आ गया है जरा जाग जाएँ हम ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो मिट जायेंगे हम कुछ लोग आग मुंह से उगलते हैं आजकल वे नफरतों की फसल रोज काटते हैं आजकल इस हालत के लिए हम भी कसूरवार हैं चुपचाप रहके जुल्म सहने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं नफरत मिटा सके वो नेतृत्व चाहिए सब मिलके साथ चल सकें वो देश चाहिए अब आदमी को आदमी से लड़ने नहीं देंगे हम अब और जुल्म सहने नहीं देंगे हम
