- sand
- bare soil
- Stone and Rock
- concrete and brick (as long as it is directly on the earth)
But asphalt, wood, Rubber, Plastic, Vinyl, Tar or Tarmac will not be of any benefit as they are insulators. Shoes
Some time it is not possible to go out without shoes due to hostile weather conditions, shoes with leather sole are fine but synthetic, rubber or plastic soles will not help as these are bad conductor of electricity.

bare foot only.
