Religions are simple to understand. They work on two factors-fear and temptation. The communal politician also acts in the same way. He will first instill fear in the voter's mind about others. Then he will promise a bright future, akin to heaven with rivers of wine and virgins, a place by the side of the sky d addy God or Moksha,  once he has elected.     The good days are always in the perpetual future. Religion is another way of attaining power. Politics is the religion of power. Through the ages, humanity has seen deadly combination of  religion and politics. By absolving religion from its responsibility of generating terrorist and fanatics, they are contributing to the growth of religious madness. The only thing the terrorist has , is religion. He does not have anything that forms a part of our day today life like art, music, sports, friends, parties, career, ambition and such a mundane thing that make life worth living. एक ग़ज़ल रूह - ए - तमन्ना के नाम जान-ए-जिगर रूह-ए-तमन्ना कहें जिसको मिला नहीं कोई शख्स अपना कहें जिसको तुम रू - ब - रु  हुए  हो कई मुद्दतों के बाद यह  हकीकत है या सपना कहें जिसको हर एक  श्वांस  के साथ तेरा नाम आए जो सयाने हैं वो तो जपना कहें इसको तुम   को छूता हूँ     ख्यालों में  जब भी हर वो लम्हा तो इबादत  सा लगे मुझको तुम्हारे सामने मेरा वजूद इस तरहा से है रेजगारी में इक    अधन्ना कहें जिसको उनकी बेवफाई ने हाल  कर दिया यारों या खुदा! लोग   तमाशा कहें जिसको                             -  प्रदीप गुप्ता
