New Flavor of Beer
Now boring taste of beer is under great transformation. New experiments are enriching the range of beer and a more choice for the beer lovers.
I have tasted two new flavors viz., Mango and Strawberry which I simply loved. You may try to make it at home. It is not very complicate process, easy steps to follow :
Mango Beer
Ingredients:
Process
First crush grains and start to boil. Then pour entire contents of pot into primary after cooling. It is fermented in primary at 15 degrees for two days, then 17 degrees for seven days.
It is then racked to secondary in which cold pressed mango pulp is added and matured for three weeks.
Strawberry Ale
Ingredients:
Process
First crush grains mashed at 68 degree celsius . Remove the grains and start to boil.Add strawberry puree after boiling.Add all the ingredients of the pot into the primary after cooking. It will be fermented in primary at 16 degree celsius for one day and for seven days. It is than racked to secondary after adding fruit puree and matured for three weeks.
Strawberry Beer is ready to be consumed.

- 1.50 kg Pale Malt*
- 0.15 kg crystal malt*
- 3.0 gram Cascade (boil 55 min.)
- 1.50 kg Riped Mangoes, cold pressed
- Dry Yeast

Strawberry Ale

- 1.50 kg Pale Malt*
- 0.3 kg caramel malt*
- 2.0 kg Pale Wheat*
- 3.5 gram Cascade (boil 75 min.)
- 1.50 kg Cascade (boil 75 min.)
- Dry Yeast
- 500 gram Frozen Strawberries mashed (boiling)
