Dr Satya Pal Singh, Police Commissioner Mumbai spoke  on combatting terrorism. He said that terrorism is in mind so it is a challenge for security forces to combat terrorism. Another big challenge is global dimension of terrorism. now a days terror doctorine developed in one country , terror  plot is hatched  in second country, funding is done in third country,  and strike is done in fourth  country. So to contain terrorism, cooperation among the nations, their people and security agencies is utmost important.  But only security agencies can not contain terrorism.  It is equally important to develop the kind of environment where people should have feeling of equality, fairness. justice. Mumbai Police, in a reach out program going to schools and colleges to educate city's young population about this.

Noted educationist and former Sheriff  of Mumbai Dr Indu Shahani talked about another exciting area of bilateral cooperation among both the nations. Now, not only no. of indian students in US universities and schools are on the rise, American students have also started coming India for studies. many American Universities have started Hindi as a subject.

Joseph Mathews, Chief of MCX Stock Exchange has made an interesting point that not only American Companies are coming to India but many Indian entrepreneurs are also moving to America to start small trade, businesses wherein many locals are also getting employment.

Keshav Murgesh , Global CEO WNS and Co-chairman of NASSCOM BPO Forum has made a strong case of outsourcing for American companies, by this way they are not only making their operations more cost effective but also paying more attention to their core competence area. He has given example of Steve Jobs, who was strongly in favor of outsourcing  as he felt that putting more minds of different background can achieve much better results.
