By the way who is Justin Bieber ?

Has a new track by Justin Bieber leaked online? Is it off his upcoming acoustic album? Is it a sad ode to Selena Gomez?
Fans around the globe are asking themselves these questions tonight, after a single titled "Yellow Raincoat" found its way online.
Included among the melancholy lyrics? "I put on my raincoat, my yellow raincoat, baby it's keeping me dry...I put on my raincoat, my yellow raincoat, you know exactly why..."
Hmmm. Take a listen now and decide: Is this Justin?

Who is this boy Justin, became heart throb for music lovers all across the globe only in 4 years ?

He is a Canadian pop-R&B singer. He was born on March 1, 1994 in London, Ontario and was raised in Stratford, Ontario, CANADA. Justin Bieber’s mother, Pattie Mallette, was 18 years old when she became pregnant with her son. Mallette, who worked a series of low-paying office jobs, raised Justin Bieber as a single mother in low-income housing. However, Justin Bieber maintains contact with his father, Jeremy Bieber, who married another woman and had two children. Justin Bieber’s paternal great-grandfather was a German immigrant to Canada.During his childhood, Justin Bieber was interested in hockey, soccer, and chess; he often kept his musical aspirations to himself. As he grew, Bieber taught himself to play the piano, drums, guitar, and trumpet.
In early 2007, when he was 12, Justin Bieber sang Ne-Yo’s “So Sick” for a local singing competition in Stratford and placed second. Mallette posted a video of the performance on YouTube for their family and friends to see. She continued to upload videos of Bieber singing covers of various R&B songs, and Justin Bieber’s popularity on Youtube grew.
In 2008, Justin Bieber was discovered by Scooter Braun, who happened to come across Bieber’s videos on YouTube and later became his manager. Braun arranged for him to meet with Usher in Atlanta, Georgia, and Bieber was soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), a joint venture between Braun and Usher, and then to a recording contract with Island Records offered by L.A. Reid. His debut single, “One Time”, released worldwide in 2009, charted in the top 30 in over ten countries. His debut release, My World, followed on November 17, 2009, and was eventually certified platinum in the United States. Justin Bieber became the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on the Billboard Hot 100.His “My World 2.0 was released on March 23, 2010 and has since received similar success; it debuted at number one and within the top ten of several countries and was certified platinum in the United States.

The teen sensation that came into lime light via Youtube is shining vibrantly everywhere. Justin Bieber has dethroned Lady Gaga as the most followed person on Twitter. In fact Justin is in league with Barrack Obama and Dalai Lama, the largest fan following in internet space. Data from TwitterCounter.com showed that the 18-year-old Canadian singer jumped into the lead with 33.33 million followers, topping Lady Gaga's 33.32 million and ending her two-and-a-half year rule as queen of the microblogging site.
Neither had immediately acknowledged the milestone on Twitter. Gaga's latest tweet was a message to fans about her concert Monday night in Hollywood, California, while Bieber's was a plug for a recent Teen Vogue photo shoot.Gaga's fans, who she affectionately calls her Little Monsters, and Bieber's Beliebers all know that both stars are prolific tweeters but neither has so far acknowledged the changing of the Twitter guard.
Since breaking out three years ago, Forbes reported that Justin has sold 15 million albums, grossed $150 million on tour dates and sold more than $60 million of his debut perfume Someday in its first six months. Combining all of this, Justin has earned $55 million in 2012 and $108 million over the past two.
He owes a lot of his success to the Internet, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube in particular. Social media helped launch his career,Without the internet and without YouTube, he wouldn’t have gotten the chance to put his music out there and have people heard it.
A spokesperson from TwitterCounter.com said Lady Gaga has held the top slot on Twitter since August 2010 when she overtook US pop star Britney Spears.
The "Boyfriend" singer garners an average of 40,055 followers a day, while Gaga adds around 30,495 users to her follower list each day, reported Aceshowbiz.
Bieber and Gaga have been in Twitter's most-followed competition for quite a while. The "Judas" singer joined the site in March 2008, a year before the teenage heartthrob. She ruled the social media since August 2010 with 5.7 million followers, surpassing Britney Spears at the time.
By January this year, the gap between her and Bieber's followers narrowed rapidly.
The other Twitter phenomenon are Katy Perry, who is in third place with 31,484,156 followers, followed by Rihanna, Barack Obama, Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, YouTube, Shakira and Kim Kardashian.
The US president, who has 26,168,542 followers, is the only person outside the world of entertainment who made the Top 10 list on Twitter.
When Lady Gaga heard the news, she tweeted Justin a sweet message, saying, "So proud of @JustinBieber and all the Beliebers! I'm only happy to see your fans growing in size, you all deserve it! Monsters support you." Congrats, JB!
Justin Bieber‘s personal brand has been carefully crafted to appeal to his most passionate supporters—namely, teens and young women.
From a social media perspective, Bieber’s ability is the cornerstone to his popularity.  One of the attributing factors for Justin’s rise to stardom was his enchanting talent. Bieber had a good enough product that people on YouTube had to share it with each other. Sometimes, that’s all you need to get noticed.
