Big cities in   India are seeing new kind of work places. These are a hybrid of Office and Cafe. These are called Co-working spaces.Normally these are a mix of work and play with conference room, wi-fi,  printers fully ready to cater the new kind of businesses. Interestingly these work places also have shower rooms, area to take nap and also equipped with  indoor games. Now the question is that who comes to occupy space there ? It draws a steady mix of consultants, freelancers, entrepreneurs and small business owners, they are changing the way certain pockets of the commercial real estate market work, in the country's commercial capital. I shifted to Bombay in the year 1985 from Bareilly. I was born a brought up in Western Uttar Pradesh and honestly speaking, I never heard about Chhath Puja. That year,one of my Bihari friend asked me to accompany his family to Juhu beach on the sixth day after Deepavali for a family ritual. That was the time when most of the Bombaites were also not aware about this festival. Big news is that China joins the ranks of the world’s 25 most-innovative economies, while Switzerland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Finland and Singapore lead the 2016 rankings in the Global Innovation Index released in August 2016 by Cornell University, INSEAD and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). China’s top-25 entry marks the first time a middle-income country has joined the highly developed economies that have historically dominated the top of the Global Innovation Index (GII) throughout its nine years of surveying the innovative capacity of 100-plus countries across the globe.
