An average middle class buyer put his all savings to make his dream come true. The government collect taxes, fees and surcharges on home purchase to the tune of 10 percent. But in absence of government's apathy to safe- guard interest of common home buyer, he is cheated by brokers, builders. And in many cases he has to wait for house for long time, in some cases the wait goes up to eternity.  I give you an example that how a genuine home buyer is cheated in home purchase deal despite paying legitimate registration fee, TDS, and government taxes.
