Government  collect huge tax from Home Buyers but  indifferent towards their  interest Buying a home is  a life time dream for most of the home buyers. An average middle class buyer put his all savings to make his dream come true. The government collect taxes, fees and surcharges on home purchase to the tune of 10 percent.
